You are in the right place if you are ready to move into authentic relationship. You are ready to discover the advantageous harmony in the universe for your fulfillment.

  • A coach is a sacrosanct partner, someone who listens actively, pointing out fearlessly what’s working and what’s not, relative to your goals. A coach points out the blindspots preventing you from being effective, and sources your power to generate new perspectives and unprecedented results. A coach holds you accountable to living the life you say you want, even when you yourself resist it.

  • Executives improve their presence through coaching by working (simple but profound exercises that) clarify the values you bring to the table, the ways you see yourself realizing those values in your work life, and the through-line purpose you were born to serve. Success becomes defined by how laser you are at acting from that purpose.

    Clarity of purpose provides

    • What to say, where to stand, and how to hold commitments; so the right relationships flourish and you save time by not indulging those (aspects) that are merely distractions.

    • You don’t necessarily need to see and understand all of the details of the journey all the time, as long as you know what your purpose is, i.e. where you’re going.

    • Stability and focus arise out of centering yourself in your purpose moment to moment.

    • Letting go of the false sense of separateness and the stress that comes with indulging non-purpose-related people and activities, makes for a great deal more enjoyment in your work day.

  • ...is 80% listening and 20% being authentic (which is really listening for what’s true-to-self). Listening deeper helps you i) choose better with whom to (not) move forward, and ii) know how to be effective with the person/group with whom you do move forward. For these reasons, we usually begin by removing obstacles to hearing (internally and externally), making room to receive the information you need to lead effectively. Authenticity derives from observing but not indulging (past-based) personal attachments, and literally being what your purpose & mission demand of you (regardless of circumstances).

Live for your soul. Integrating purpose, presence, power, and passion forwards your soul’s journey.
