One-on-one Coaching

The foundation of any great venture is its people, whether that venture is a company, a nation or even a family. I enjoy coaching  people one-on-one in all ventures.

As regards individuals in corporate positions, it is particularly crucial that we recognize the need to invest in the ongoing growth of our human resources as the cost of recruiting, training, and retaining good people continue to rise.

Whether the setting is corporate, familial, or national, all my one-on-one coaching employs a variety of styles and methodologies to customize the most powerful and effective curriculum for each individual client.  To this end, I

· Provide tools and techniques so that coaching happens “on the playing field”
